Complaints and Appeals Policy

The Asian Bulletin of Green Management and Circular Economy (ABGMCE) is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and ethical publishing process. The journal provides a mechanism for authors, reviewers, and readers to raise complaints or submit appeals regarding editorial decisions, peer review processes, publication ethics, or other journal-related matters.

Complaints:
All complaints should be submitted to the editorial office with sufficient details and supporting evidence. Complaints will be reviewed carefully by the editorial team, and appropriate action will be taken according to journal policies and ethical publishing standards.

Appeals:
Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions if they believe a decision was made due to a misunderstanding, procedural error, or unfair evaluation. Appeals must include a clear explanation and justification. The Editor-in-Chief or designated editorial members will review the appeal and provide a final decision after proper evaluation.

Confidentiality and Fairness:
All complaints and appeals will be handled confidentially, objectively, and without bias. ABGMCE follows the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) for managing complaints and appeals.

ABGMCE is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and trust in the scholarly publishing process.
