Copyright and Publishing Rights

The Asian Bulletin of Green Management and Circular Economy (ABGMCE) respects authors’ ownership and supports the open dissemination and lawful reuse of scholarly research.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright to their published articles. Submission or publication in ABGMCE does not require authors to transfer copyright to the journal or its publisher.

Authors grant ABGMCE a non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, preserve, index and make the article publicly available in electronic and print formats.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

  • Share their published articles through personal and institutional websites.
  • Deposit submitted, accepted and published versions in institutional or subject repositories.
  • Use their articles for teaching, presentations, theses and future research.
  • Reproduce or republish their work with acknowledgement of its original publication in ABGMCE.
  • Permit others to reuse their work under the applicable open licence.

No separate permission from ABGMCE is required when reuse complies with the applicable licence.

All articles published by ABGMCE are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).

The copyright terms applied to published articles are separate from those governing the journal website, logo, design and administrative content.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce copyrighted material owned by third parties. Third-party content not covered by CC BY 4.0 must include a clear credit line stating its copyright holder and reuse conditions. Where no separate credit line is provided, the material will be considered part of the article and licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Publication Integrity

ABGMCE may make editorial, formatting and production changes that do not alter the meaning of an accepted article. Substantive changes require consultation with the corresponding author. Corrections, amendments and retractions will be handled according to the journal’s relevant post-publication policies and accepted publication-ethics standards.
