AI Content Policy
At The Asian Bulletin of Green Management and Circular Economy, we uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and originality in all submitted manuscripts. With the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in research, it is essential to ensure their responsible use in accordance with our ethical guidelines.
To preserve the quality and authenticity of research published in our journal, the following AI content policy applies:
-
AI-Generated Content Limit: The similarity index for AI-generated content (including text, code, figures, etc.) in any manuscript must be below 5%. Submissions that exceed this limit will be rejected, as they do not meet our originality and scholarly standards.
-
Disclosure of AI Usage: If AI tools are used in any capacity—such as for data analysis, language support, or any other aspect—authors must clearly disclose their use in the manuscript. However, the primary intellectual contribution must come from the authors, not AI tools.
-
Human-Driven Research: The key elements of research—original analysis, insight, and scientific contribution—must be driven by human expertise. Manuscripts that rely heavily on AI-generated content will not be considered for publication.
-
Ethical Compliance: The use of AI tools must comply with our ethical guidelines on research integrity and authorship. Any instance of plagiarism or undue reliance on AI-generated content will result in immediate rejection of the submission.
While AI tools can support research in various ways, we emphasize that human creativity, originality, and critical thinking must remain central to all submissions.
