Article Processing Charges
The Asian Bulletin of Green Management and Circular Economy (ABGMCE) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of PKR 45,000 for Pakistani authors and USD 175 for international authors. There are no submission charges or peer review fees.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication. APC payments do not influence editorial decisions, and all manuscripts are evaluated based on academic quality, originality, and relevance.
The APC supports publication services, including editorial management, peer review administration, online publication, digital preservation, and maintenance of the journal platform.
APC Waiver Policy
ABGMCE provides full or partial APC waivers for authors who face genuine financial difficulties or lack access to research funding. Waiver requests may be considered for researchers from low-income countries, students, early-career researchers, and self-funded authors.
Authors must submit a waiver request before acceptance of the manuscript. The request should include the manuscript title, corresponding author details, affiliation, country, and a brief explanation of financial circumstances.
All waiver requests are reviewed confidentially and separately from the editorial decision-making process. The ability to pay APCs does not affect peer review outcomes or publication decisions.
Approved full waivers remove 100% of the APC, while partial waivers reduce the applicable APC amount. Authors may request a waiver by contacting:
