Abstract

The study will help to explain the impact of psychological empowerment on employee turnover intention and their emotional intelligence. This study is conducted on the Banking employees of the HLB and ABL, the Commercial banks of Sukkur city. All branch employees were targeted, which includes General manager, Area Manager, Relationship officer, Cashier, and so on. The purpose of this study is to show the impact of impact of psychological empowerment on turnover intention and emotional intelligence. Psychological empowerment works as main ingredients for the success of the organization when an employee is psychologically empowered then he is free to express the ideas thoughts feelings and will be able to perform their job bitterly, while the psychologically empowered employees are feels like resources of organization. The data will be collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS.
